Bigger, better and built to last: ABCO’s new Suffern branch expands our commitment to our customers. When ABCO, the Northeast’s largest independentdistributor of HVAC and Refrigeration products and solutions, celebrated the Grand Opening of our Suffern Branch on Thursday, May 14th, it further solidified a commitment toour customers. Not only did we double the size of this robust New York branch to 20,000 square feet, our ability to service our customers rose exponentially. We added more inventory, a bigger showroom, and a new ABCO UniversityTraining Center.

ABCO’s Chief Marketing Officer Bob Cesiro noted,“We were able to supply a lot of celebration and thanks with our service. More than 200 HVAC and Refrigeration professionals, manufacturers’ representatives and ABCO Team members came together today to support Suffern as well as each other through both friendship and business.”

“We couldn’t have asked for nicer weather for theGrand Opening of our newly expanded Suffern Branch,” said Branch Manager Charley Gardella. “A hot day in mid-May is a good omen, and it’s fantastic to see so many vendors and customers come together for this event. We’re excited about the future here and look forward to being there for our customers with even more resources so they can grow their business and reach their full potential.”

The festivities started at 11 a.m. and continuedthroughout the day. Customers were treated to free giveaways, a delicious BBQ or choice of a kosher meal, plus time and attention from our most importantmanufacturers including Mitsubishi, Luxaire, Emerson, DuPont, Honeywell, Sporlan, Nu-Calgon, Tafco, Friedrich, Dunkirk, Reznor and more.

ABCO CEO Michael Senter launched the newlyrenovated and modernized branch with a heartfelt, inspiring speech thanking our customers, vendors and ABCO Team for helping to create such a dynamic relationship. It was followed by a beautiful ribbon cutting ceremony with Branch Manager Charley Gardella at the helm using giant scissors (see picture). The updated branch is positioned to better serve HVAC and Refrigeration professionals in the region with extensive inventory and delivery capabilities, along with unparalleled sales support and ABCO University training right at their doorstep.

Customers will have easier access to the largest supplyin the Northeast of superior HVAC brands such as Luxaireand Mitsubishi—the backbone of bundled high performing systems in ABCO’s Residential Package Deals offerings.

Additionally, we offer a full line of Copeland, Emersonand Bohn Refrigeration products. Customers will also enjoy easy-access drive-up bay loading docks, an extendedservice counter, dedicated Will Call area and expanded self-pick showroom.

“The difference between our old Suffern Branch is noticeable the moment you walk in,” said ABCO Sales Account Manager Kim Mazzei as she roamed the spacious new showroom. “It would have been impossible for us to do this in our old branch.”
