Big Guns Energy Services The RCBL log is used for reliable evaluation of the cement sheath bonding to casing and formation as well as for channeling identification and mapping. The tool is equipped with radial receivers for comprehensive borehole coverage. Centralizers and CCL strength are adjustable to accommodate casings up to 13” (340 mm). Applications This log can provide a complete and accurate visual representation of the cement bonding to assist in decision-making. It also: Identifies cement channeling outside the casing Includes a channel finder device for cement squeeze applications Supports high-temperature logging environment up to 205C. Logging can be performed in directional and horizontal wells when assisted by the roller centralizers. Features & Benefits Independent acoustic measurements of: 3 ft Amplitude – industry standard 2 ft 8 Radial Sectors – provides 360cement map RCBL—Radial Analysis Cement Bond Log 5 ft VDL – industry standard The tool is optimized for horizontal / directional applications with much higher rigidity and shorter tool length (6m) to prevent bending. There are 3x 5 arms centralizers with rollers mounted on the tool for centralization and minimizing friction in highly deviated wells. It is combinable with two additional pulse tools. Tx / Rx strength has been increased by 30% ensuring a Signal-to-Noise ratio that is 5X better than existing tools. Operation When well deviation < 75, wireline conveyance is recommended. For deviation over 75, multiple conveyance methods are available, including E-Coil, pipe & push down conveyance Additional tools may be run below the RCBL to increase logging operations efficiency (ex: Caliper, CNL) Specifications Tool Length 6m Diameter 88 mm [3.5”] Weight 140 kg Well Max. Temperature 205C Max. Pressure 140 MPa [20.3 kpsi]

The RCBL log is used for reliable evaluation of the cement sheath bonding to casing and formation as well as for channeling identification and mapping. The tool is equipped with radial receivers for comprehensive borehole coverage. Centralizers and CCL strength are adjustable to accommodate casings up to 13⅜” (340 mm).

Appl ica t ions This log can provide a complete and accurate visual representation of the cement bonding to assist in decision-making. It also:

Identifies cement channeling outside the casing

Includes a channel finder device for cement squeeze applications

Supports high-temperature logging environment up to 205⁰C.

Logging can be performed in directional and horizontal wells when assisted by the roller centralizers.

Features & Benef i ts Independent acoustic measurements of:

3 ft Amplitude – industry standard

2 ft 8 Radial Sectors – provides 360⁰ cement map

RCBL—Radial Analysis Cement Bond Log

5 ft VDL – industry standard The tool is optimized for horizontal / directional applications with much higher rigidity and shorter tool length (6m) to prevent bending. There are 3x 5 arms centralizers with rollers mounted on the tool for centralization and minimizing friction in highly deviated wells.

It is combinable with two additional pulse tools.
