The objective of communication and relationship between mentor and mentee is for the mentee to become better than before. The core in communication is to stimulate the mentee to take a greater responsibility in order to achieve more or be better. The Big Five is five tools a mentor should use in meetings with his mentee.

+3. Feedback

The important thing to know when you give feedback is that the mentee have to evolve. And it should give the mentee positive change through increased drive.

Be careful when you give feedback and think about your body language and how you use your voice.

+4. Accountability

The best plans are those who get us to act, they will get us to be conscious at the target and engaged.

Accountability is important to get the mentee to "take action", and something that will be done toward the end of the conversation.

+5. Recognition

The recognition must be spontaneous, real and characterized by the emotion you where having in the whole conversation.

Give more if the effect is weaker than wanted. Stop in time.

Say: «I believe in you»!!!
