BIG ENGLISH AND CYLETS
Big English is a great course to prepare learners for the requirements found in the Cambridge Young Learners of English Tests (CYLETS), Starters, Movers and Flyers.
Exam Practice TasksLearners become familiar with the task styles used in CYLETS with the Practice Tasks found in the Big English Teacher’s Books (Levels 1-6), which replicates different sections of CYLETS. The course gives learners exposure to English while DVD and graded readers (Pearson Kids Readers) help build their confidence and fluency in English.
Sufficient Grammar and Structure are taught that pupils will be ready to take the CYLETS after completing these Levels:
Starters – Level 3Movers – Level 4Flyers – Level 6
VocabularyUnits in Big English are theme-based, and covers topics for vocabulary words expected in all three levels of the CYLETS.
