The review activities in this package are designed to strengthen the knowledge acquired in level 2 so that you can get the most of next year.

• Click on the link below to sign up for the “Summer Assignment” on Quizlet:

• Study the flashcards of the set “Most Common Verbs in Spanish” (All of these are verbs that you learned in the past two years!) and complete the "learn" mode. You must fully complete both modes (flashcards and learn) in order to receive credit.

Note: I recommend that as you go through the flashcards, listen to the pronunciation of the words (in Spanish, of course) so that you can improve your own pronunciation.

Gramática:Complete each of the following activities in Conjuguemos (see next slide for instructions on how to register to my class) at least two times each, X2 EACH!. This is a challenge! For each activity, try to answer at least 70 verbs in TEN minutes at an 80% (or better) accuracy rate. DO NOT change the settings, or you will not receive credit. Then, do the same activity AGAIN a week later and see if you can beat your score!

Note: I have included a quick summary of the rules and irregular conjugations for each tense that you learned last year. Please print and have this in hand as you practice in Conjuguemos!

Conjuguemos!!!• If you already have a Conjuguemos account:

1) Go to www.conjuguemos.com

2) Log in with your existing credentials (username and password)

3) Click on “Join Teacher/Class”

4) Select “Teacher” and click on “Leave” to remove yourself from Profe Schwarz’s class

6) Click on “Join Teacher/Class” and enter the code ljgdpw to join my class. ¡Bienvenido!

7) Click on “Join Teacher/Class” AGAIN (this is the last time I promise) and select “Class”.

8) From the drop-down menu, choose “Summer Assignment” and then click “Update”.

9) You should now have access to all 7 sets!

1) Go to www.conjuguemos.com

2) Click on “Sign up” and register as a “student”.

3) Fill out the personal information

4) Enter the code ljgdpw under “Teacher code” to join my class and click on “continue”

5) Log in with your new username and password

6) Click on “Join Teacher/Class” and select “Class”.

8) From the drop-down menu, choose “Summer Assignment” and then click “Update”.

9) You should now have access to all 7 sets!

Inmersión: Mira un episodio en español en Netflix o plataformas similares • Please do not go 9 weeks without any Spanish exposure! Netflix has some amazing Hispanic series.

Find one and watch THE FIRST episode. Only 1 episode is required but I hope you get hooked and watch the entire season! Write a paragraph in Spanish (6-8 sentences) with your personal reaction to the show (this is not a summary that can be googled; I would like to know YOUR opinion and thoughts).
