ACTIVITIES

Gardening:-

The residents may volunteer to gardening

activities, and aid in creating a green

environment both on the Ashram Campus

and in the neighbourhood.

Community Services:-

The residents will be encouraged to

provide Community Services of varying

nature to be organized by the Ashram or

the Co-Operative.

Getting Absorbed:-

Dr. B. C. Roy Co-Operative has several

other ventures like Medical Centre,

Swimming Pool, Fisheries, Gymnasium

for which the Co-Operative is in constant

need of dedicated, experienced, and

efficient volunteers. Willing residents

may get absorbed into the management of

these initiatives of the Co-Operative, and

enjoy the pleasure of work, post-

retirement.

Leisure:-

The Ashram in its recreation room has

facilities for various indoor games.

Besides, the residents can get themselves

admitted to the world class swimming

pool run by the Co-Operative. The

Ashram also plans to organize an Annual

Cultural Fest, which we believe will add

vibrant colours to your life in the

Ashram.

The Ashram plans to

have several activities for

its residents, which will

give the residents the

feeling of being active

and also provide them

with an opportunity to

serve the society.

The Religious Side:-

Religion is a part and

parcel of Old Age Life.

Residents in the Ashram

will have access to this

exquisite white marble

temple within the Ashram

campus. The Ashram

envisages hosting all

kinds of religious festivals

and functions in this

temple. Residents will use

its spacious mamdap for

recitation of religious

scriptures, bhajans,

kirtans etc.

ROOMS:- The Ashram has a

total of twenty-one spacious and

well ventilated rooms. Each room

comes fully furnished with, Beds,

Wardrobe, Television, attached

Bathrooms having geysers. Air-

conditioned rooms are also

available.

DINNING:- We at Bidhan

Ananda Ashram, have provided

for a best in class, hygienic

Kitchen, run by experienced

cooks. The Residents enjoy the

flavours of their meal in the

spacious dinning hall.

COMMON SPACES:- The

Ashram has a huge garden and

front lawn, the residents can

enjoy their leisure time in the

garden, or sit and relax by the

fountain, besides every floor has a

spacious balcony overlooking the

garden and front lawn. Enjoying a

cup of freshly brewed tea or

coffee in this picturesque

environment with fellow resident

friends will surely take you back

to those old “COFFEE HOUSE”

days.

ADMISSION TO THE ASHRAM

Admission to the Ashram is a step-by step process.

First, contact us, and fix an appointment to take a tour of our facility for yourself.

Second, get acquainted with the Rules of the Ashram, and the terms and condition of the

agreement which shall be mandatorily entered into between the residents and the

Ashram.

Finally, complete all the mandated formalities, and be a part of Bidhan Ananda Ashram.

Admission Details:-

1. The Applicant must collect the Admission Form, a Copy of the Rules, and The Agreement upon

completion of the tour of the Ashram.

2. Applicants must first fill up and submit the admission form.

3. Next the applicant will have to take a mandatory medical Test to be conducted by the Ashram. If

an applicant fails the standards of health required by the Ashram, the application shall stand to be

rejected.

4. Next the applicant must make the payments required and enter the Agreement.

5. Finally, the applicant will be admitted as a resident of the Ashram.
