BID BOND SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS Deliver your Bid Bond through US mail or other delivery service any time before bids are opened. Hand-delivery can be made between

hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on the Bid Due Date ONLY!

Dropping off a BID BOND? Entrance/access is only through the loading dock behind City Hall

(east side of building).

Use the intercom to request access. Inform Security staff that you

are “dropping off a Bid Bond for a Public Works project.”

Enter and follow the signs leading to the metal blue Bid Bond drop

box, and deposit your Bid Bond.

Maintain social distance!

Leave the same way you came in and enjoy the rest of your day!
