Having many openings on the south faade, allows the warmth and light of the sun, to create sustainable indoor climate. The public areas of this building are fully lighted up from the morning to the afternoon. The building is positioned in such a way, that the light can conquer all the spaces, so the need of electric light is lowered. Firstly, the external walls with the movable steel profile are placed, then the landings with the stairs. 2. The sound issue is solved by adding a layer of 25mm of accoustic ceiling finishes and 50mm layer of insulation. Another way of solving the sound problems, beside adding the insulation with accoustic layer, is that between the wall and stair is a 50mm space, and the stair is mounted on the external wall with a folding steel profile. 3.According to SBI Direction 172 regarding sound,a concrete wall of minimum 150mm thincknes should be enough to avoid sound transfer. We have 200mm concrete wall. 4.Another big issue is fire.
