Retractor Overview

The complete global planning process can work in a cycle:

1) Planned costs (and actuals and commitments) are

extracted from the local systems and loaded into the

PSM InfoCube in BW.

2) Data are transferred into the special Planning InfoCube.

3) In BI-IP Fund planning is done.

4) Fund Plan is transferred back to the local systems.

Not more than one structure for key figures and calculated

figures

InfoObjects restricting key figures must have one value,

e.g. Restriction Company Code = SAP

Flag Release for OLE DB for OLAP must be set

Flag Most Recent must be set.
