Student centric approach
Students are important stakeholder of any college. It is necessary to develop inner and outer
personality of student. In this regard the college is always engaged in bringing new
opportunities for students. This year we have started an innovative activity viz. Open
Discussion Forum, in this activity we created a group of four students and divided them in
groups headed by one faculty member. We allocated one topic to them and accordingly
students are expected to express their views on the issue. At last platform is made open for
the discussion and question & answer session. This whole programme is of about one hour.
Many students were actively involved in the process. It helps them to improve their logical
thinking, analytical mind, research attitude, stage daring and advocacy skills etc.
Mock Trial and Moot court presentation
Mock trial and moot court are practical training of students. This helps to develop their
advocacy skills. It makes students to plead, to argue and to convince the points effectively.
For such activity we invites practicing advocates, who can teach advocacy skills in better
manner. To name few, Adv. A. Y. Patil, Adv. C. B. Kadam, are teaching here on contact hour
basis. These are leading practitioners at Karad Bar.
