Assignment Title : Business Strategies Proposal Mark’s Evaluation : 20% Due Date : 30th Nov 2018 Instruction: Your team are in International Business Department of a Multinational Company (MNC). Apparently, your company is looking for new business strategies in Malaysia. Your Chief Executive Operation (CEO) requires your team to propose suitable international business strategies for your company. The proposal will be presented to the CEO on 3rd -14th Dec 2018. * You may choose your nature of company and industry.

Your proposal of the strategies should include : 1. Introduction or background of company. 2. Overview of the industry. 3. The analysis of company’s opportunities and risk in Malaysia. (Choose the best five strategies)

a) Import and export, b) Merger and acquisitions (M&A), c) Manufacturing and Licensing, d) Franchising, e) Turnkey Project, f) Management contract, g) Joint Venture/ Strategic Alliances, h) Foreign Direct Investment or, i) Wholly owned subsidiaries
