Quality of repair is our highest priority and we put it rst in every job we do. To ensure that our quality never slips, all handpieces, motors, sonic scalers and couplings go under a series of exhaustive tests. These tests will guarantee that your handpiece will be
returned in a condition that will meet or exceed the tolerances established by the original manufacturer.
In addition to the general repairs to the handpieces, airmotors, sonic scalers and couplings, BF Mulholland Ltd also oer three dierent repair options. The three options range from Bronze to Gold and are outlined below. Our handpiece service has been approved by W&H, Anthogyr, Kavo, Bien Air, Sirona and many more, so you know that all work will be to the very highest standards.

Certified Parts & InspectionTrained technicians ensure the quality of your handpiece repair by individually inspecting, testing and certifying all replacement parts. No used or uncertified parts are ever installed.
TechniciansAll technicians have undergone an intensive trainingprogramme in all aspects of handpiece repairs, includingtheoretical and practical training, competency testing andcontinued education.
WarrantyAll repairs come with a 3 to 12 months warranty, dependenton the repair service chosen. If your handpiece fails whilstunder warranty, just send it back together in our freepostenvelopes with your original invoice for repair. All handpieceswill be dispatched lubricated and in pouches.

Handpieces, scalers and motors must be autoclaved before they are sent. Please note - It is illegal to send contaminated items via the postal service.
When sending equipment please fill out the decontamination declaration form and the work order form, both of which are enclosed in the Freepost envelope provided by BF Mulholland Ltd.
Please note - Handpieces will not be sterile on return.
