Social exclusion of persons with disabilities increases from 16% when living in a community in which the vast majority of the population is either in favour of, or at least not against, inclusive education, to 30% when living in a community less open to educational inclusion

To promote social inclusion, multidimensional and multi-stakeholder approaches and mindset change are

necessary
