ACTION: I delegated tasks to the other interns for four categories Marketing, Sponsorship, Logistics, and Refreshments. RESULTS: The event brought in over $50,000 and we had a 200% increase in sponsorship. I was able to meet all deadlines in coordinating the event through organization and delegation.
