DAY 2 SUN CRUISE: SPLIT – OMIS – BRAC Transfer to the pier and meet your crew as you embark your private charter. Set sailfor Omis, an ancient Dalmatian town on the Markarka Rivera that once thrivedunder the infamous Omis pirates. Back on board, you will be served lunch and stopfor an afternoon swim as you cruise to the village of Pucisca on Brac island. (B, L)

DAY 3 MON CRUISE: BRAC – HVAR Depart for Bol on the southern side of Brac for a swim at the famous Golden Hornand free time in town. After lunch onboard, cruise towards Dalmatia’s sunniestisland, Hvar, and its ancient port of Stari Grad. Your evening is at leisure. (B, L)

DAY 4 TUE CRUISE: HVARTravel by coach to popular Hvar Town and visit its 15th century Old Town, includingthe Franciscan and Benedictine Monasteries. DAY 3 SAT LJUBLJANA / PREDJAMA-POSTOJNA Experience Ljubljana’s lively, open-air markets, then drive into the surroundingregion to Postojna, home to one of Europe’s largest cave systems, and PredjamaCastle which is located in the middle of a limestone cliff. DAY 4 SUN LJUBLJANA - BLED Drive the short distance to picturesque Bled and take a pletna boat ride on LakeBled. DAY 7 WED OPATIJA / ISTRIAN PENINSULA Today you tour the Istrian Peninsula that still retains its Venetian heritage. Drivealong the coast to Pula and see its ancient amphitheatre, then travel to the oldfishing village of Rovinj. Enjoy a walk through the Old Town and lunch beforecontinuing to Porec and its magnificent basilica decorated with Byzantine mosaics.Return to Opatija for a free evening. (B, L)

CABIN INFORMATIONMS Splendid is a motorised ship which has 19 air-conditioned cabins with privatefacilities. Cabins are accommodated on three decks - lower, main and upper. Allcabins are equipped with double bed or two twin beds, table, chair, mirror, nightlamps, safe deposit box, radio, hair dryer, 220V electric supply, lifejacket, wardrobe,and smoke detector. Cabins on the lower deck have a porthole and dualventilation system, while main and upper deck cabins have a small window in thebathroom and a larger cabin window. Cabins are sound-proof with fire-proof door.

PUBLIC AREASAn air-conditioned restaurant-bar is located on the main deck and is equippedwith LCD TV, wireless internet (Wi-Fi), audio-system and panoramic windows.Adjoining the dining room is a covered terrace that can be enclosed withremovable plastic windows, in case of unfavourable weather. The upper deck hasa larger, fully covered outdoor terrace with seating capacity for all passengers.

The sun deck (180sqm) is located on the top deck offering sun beds for allpassengers. Part of the sundeck is shaded for your comfort, making this the idealplace to enjoy your cruise. A swimming platform with two ladders for easy accessto the sea, as well as outdoor showers, are located at the rear of the boat.

DAY 5: DUBROVNIK - PELJESACAfter breakfast, your cruise continues to pretty Trstenik on the Peljesac Peninsula.Lunch is served onboard followed by an excursion to the quaint village of Kuna withits church and monastery. Afterwards, you will be treated to a typical Croatiandinner at a local farm before returning to your ship.

DAY 6: PELJESAC - HVARDepart early to the Pakleni Islands for a refreshing swim and lunch. Category A Vessels are a mixedfleet of older-style and newerships with air-conditioning inthe common areas only. Allcabins have private facilities.Two towels for personal use areprovided per person per week.

Category B Vessels are older-style vessels with shared facilities and towelsare not. B category is only available on KL2 route and may be booked on arequest basis.

Railpass prices do not include seat reservations for individual rail sectors. Seatreservations are recommended for all high speed trains and travel in high season.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRAVELBROCHURE VALIDITY, PRICES & GSTThis brochure is valid from 1 January – 31 December 2015.

All prices stated in this brochure are in AUD and based on tariffs and eexchange ratesas at 30 September 2014. Prices are subject to change without notice in the event offluctuations in exchange rates or increases in airfares or supplier costs outside thecontrol of Beyond Travel. However, no surcharges will apply once final payment hasbeen received.

Most overseas products featured in this brochure are exempt from a Goods andServices Tax. However, due to legislation, GST is applicable on all domestic servicesprovided, such as cancellations, amendments, visa processing, etc.

DEPOSITS & BALANCE DUETo secure a booking, the following non-refundable deposits will be required for allservices within 7 days upon receipt of a confirmation invoice:

Final payment is due 90 days before the commencement of first travel service for allCruises. For all other tours and services, final payment is required 60 days before thecommencement of your travel arrangements.

Visa support documentation, and rail, coach and theatre tickets are non-refundableonce issued or purchased. Airline tickets and rail passes which have been issued aresubject to cancellation fees imposed by the airline or rail company.

Refunds: no refund is available for cancellations once travel arrangements havecommenced or “no-shows” due to personal negligence or choice. Beyond Travel doesnot authorise any overseas supplier or hotel to promise refunds on our behalf. Allclaims for refunds or reimbursements must be received in writing within 3 weeksfrom the date the service was provided.

Special Itineraries: the territory we cover is vast, and we often receive requests forspecial itineraries requiring extensive research which may require a non-refundableservice fee of $220 to cover time and communication costs. Should our quote beaccepted, this fee will then be credited towards the cost of the tour or other servicesbooked with Beyond Travel.

Above payment, service and cancellation fees are inclusive of GST.

DISCOVER MORE TRAVEL CREDITSTravel Credits can be applied to additional Beyond Travel services only that are featuredin any of our 2015 brochures. Credit amounts vary by tour, and solo travellers receive50% of the per couple amount. Credits expire 31 December 2015; services must bebooked and outstanding payments made by this date. Discover More Credits are notcombinable with any other offer, are invalid if the tour for which it was issued iscancelled, and have no cash value. Refunds can not be issued on unused amounts.

SPECIAL JOURNEY SOLO TRAVELLER CLUBOur Solo Traveller Club is a Beyond Travel initiative designed to match solo travellers onour 2014 Special Journey tour series who are willing to share twin accommodation,saving on single supplements and offering an opportunity for companionship whilsttravelling. Only travellers of the same gender will be matched and there are noguarantees that a match will be possible; if we are unable to find a match, singlesupplements will apply. To join, please complete the registration form available fromour office or website and return it to Beyond Travel or your preferred travel agent.Special booking and payment conditions apply. Detailed conditions are outlined on theregistration, and submission of the form is deemed consent to these terms.

TOUR CANCELLATIONBeyond Travel and its principles reserve the right to cancel any tour up to 4 weeksbefore departure. Should it be necessary to cancel a tour, alternative arrangementswill be recommended, however if a suitable substitution is not found, a full refundwill be offered. In the unlikely event that a »Guaranteed Departures« tour must becancelled for reasons beyond the operator's control, every passenger who has paideither a deposit or full payment will receive a credit of $200 per person if theytransfer to another »Guaranteed Departures« tour.

TOUR CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUESTSThe services we provide are suitable for almost anyone and age is seldom an issue. Aneagerness to be involved and a positive approach to travel will result in a satisfyingand rewarding holiday. It is however your responsibility to ensure that you have asuitable level of fitness to undertake your chosen travel itinerary and you must inform

Beyond Travel of any medical condition that may prevent your full participation.For the enjoyment and safety of our passengers, Beyond Travel and its principlesreserve the right to substitute hotels and amend itineraries if necessary to do so. If are-routing of a tour is required, Beyond Travel will cover any additional costsassociated with those changes within the dates of the particular tour. Any otherchanges (e.g. airline changes) which result in additional hotel nights, meals or otherservices are the responsibility of the passenger. Beyond Travel should be advised attime of booking of any dietary requirements or special requests, such as beddingpreferences, non-smoking rooms, etc. Whilst we can not guarantee, we will endeavourto honour these requests when possible.

DOCUMENTATIONDocumentation is normally issued within 4 weeks of your departure from Australia orNew Zealand. Please note that seat reservations on most rail sectors are generally notavailable until 45-60 days prior to date of travel.

PASSPORTS & VISASAustralian and New Zealand citizens must hold a current passport which must be validfor at least six months after your departure. It is the responsibility of the individual toobtain the required visas prior to departure. Failure to do so which results in the needto cancel travel arrangements will incur normal cancellation penalties.

INSURANCECancellation and refund conditions are strictly enforced; therefore, we recommendthat you carry comprehensive travel insurance which covers cancellation due tounforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control. Ask your travel agent orBeyond Travel consultant for a choice of policies.
