Bupa Be.Me app A digital base for everything health and wellbeing and home to virtual coach, Luke. In-app questionnaires form a unique health profle, used to tailor recommendations and support.
Mental health focus Face-to-face conversation with a health adviser, including the ‘fve steps to wellbeing’. Plans with doctor time include a mental health review and referral for further support if needed.

How does it work?
We’ll contact their employees by either phone, email or letter to book. Once they’ve attended the in-centre appointment, we’ll bill the company. Payment terms are 30 days.
