Bupa Be.Me app A digital base for everything health and wellbeing and home to virtual coach, Luke. In-app questionnaires form a unique health profle, used to tailor recommendations and support.

Mental health focus Face-to-face conversation with a health adviser, including the ‘fve steps to wellbeing’. Plans with doctor time include a mental health review and referral for further support if needed.

Ongoing support We’ll be there all year round with two coaching calls and monthly content to motivate employees. They’ll even get access to our 24/7 nurse-led helpline and Online Mental Wellbeing Programmes provided by SilverCloud Health.

Your client chooses which plans to offer, how often and to who.

How does it work?

We’ll contact their employees by either phone, email or letter to book. Once they’ve attended the in-centre appointment, we’ll bill the company. Payment terms are 30 days.

Employees can choose one for themselves or a family member, then pay on the day.

If we’re given an employee list, we can email each employee details of each health and wellbeing plan, plus any discounts they’re entitled to.
