All of our sake’s are classed in the superior ‘Special Designation’ categoryof quality, ensuring the fine, artisanal nature of the sake is preserved byadhering to strict production methods.
Our Brewing partner is the Nakashima Brewing Company, whosesignature label, Kozaemon, is handmade in the mountains of Japan’sGifu prefecture. With a family brewing history spanning over 300 years,this boutique brewery’s dedication to its craft and the quality of itsproduct is why we selected Nakashima Brewery as our Saké partner.
Kozaemon Nakashima has generously introduced us to a furtherhandful of small, family owned Breweries located throughout Japan, allproducing regionally distinct, boutique sake.

ShochuThis unique Japanese distilled spirit can be made from numerous ingredients,including barley, sugar cane, buckwheat, sweet potato and rice. It generallyhas 25% alcohol by volume sometimes rising to 45%, depending on what ithas been made from. Shochu can be enjoyed in a variety of ways – on therocks, with tea, hot or cold water, or your favourite mixer.
