For hourly referrals You must contact the Talent Acquisition Team through email at [email protected] with the following information, otherwise this referral cannot be tracked and awarded to you: - Subject line = Employee Referral for Hourly Position - Name, contact information, location and resume of the referred applicant - Link to the available position the referred applicant has already applied to (links to our salaried and hourly positions can be found on sodexo.ca/careers) 2. Once the referred employee successfully completes their 3 month probation, you will be eligible for an Employee Referral Bonus: - Hourly positions: $150 - Salaried positions: $250 3. You also have the option to give back a part of or the total of your bonus to Sodexo's Stop Hunger Foundation and Sodexo will match the contribution! - $250 employee contribution + $250 Sodexo contribution = $500 to Stop Hunger!
