COSTSRegistration: $50/child by May 1, $100/child after May 1 (includes camp t-shirt and swim shirt)Preschool Day Camp Fees: $36.00/day for 3-4 year olds; $20.00/half-day (8am-12pm)

SUMMER CAMP DATESCamp starts on June 4 and runs through August 9, 2013. We are open 6:30am-6:00pm every weekday. Camp is closed July 1-5.

CONSTRUCTION AT BETHLEHEMMany things will start to look different on campus this summer due to construction. All contractors, architects, andconstruction workers have gone through a background screen and will wear identification badges while working oncampus. It will be fun to watch our campus change.

REGISTRATION FINALIZATION MEETINGSEach family needs to attend one of our Registration Finalization Meetings. This is the time to confirm that all registrationmaterials are received, find out about new camp entrances, pick up camp shirts, get your questions answered, and tomeet other camp families. BILLING AND CANCELLATION DATESWe have simplified our billing for the summer so that billing is the same as the school year. All camp families will paytheir bill through an ACH withdrawal on the 15th of the month for the scheduled use that month. NO REFUNDS aremade due to schedule changes after the first of the month.

Additional days can be added through email approval by Gretchen Herd ([email protected]) at least one day in advance.

SUNSCREEN--NEW THIS SUMMER!Please apply a generous coat of sunscreen on your child before they get dressed! We will reapply sunscreen throughoutthe day using Rocky Mountain Sunscreen with a SPF 50 to provide great sun protection. There is an additional cost of$15.00 for the entire summer for the sunscreen.

TUESDAY AND THURSDAYS ARE WATER DAYS IN THE ELCWe will set-up the small pools, sprinklers and other water activities every Tuesday and Thursday. Please send your childin the their swimsuit and swim shirt on those days. Be sure to pack a dry set of clothes in the backpack.

SIGNING IN/OUT AND ACCESS TO THE BUILDINGYou will be given a FOB to allow you access to the building during camp hours. If you already have a FOB it will beprogrammed for camp times. Two FOBs are included with your registration fee and additional FOBs can be purchased for$10. You will sign your child in and out at one of our two computer stations using an access code you select and a scan ofyour finger biometric. All of these things will be provided and shown to you at the Registration Finalization Meeting in April.

LUNCHCampers are to bring a healthy and nutritious lunch every day that does not require heating or refrigeration. Snacks areprovided in the morning and afternoon quiet times.

YOUR CHILD’S MEDICAL NEEDSBethlehem complies with guidelines set up in the Nurse Practice Act regarding the distribution of medication at school.The camper's parent/legal guardian and physician must sign the Medication Agreement Form found online or at thecheck-in/out stations, should medication need to be administered at Summer Camp.
