Differences

As an individual only one person gets a medal but if you go with a team more than one person gets a medal. You compete by your self as an individual. As an individual you train by yourself.

For Valerie to have gotten into the Olympics, she had to meet qualifying standards which took a lot of training to qualify. She

already was the world champion at shot put. She

carried on training every day and that’s what it takes to win

Valerie is identified as a part of the New Zealand team by her black clothes, shoes, carrying the nz flag and smile on her face!!!!!
