Our school is today the largest IB World School in Pune city – ‘A School With A Difference’ and as per

the latest evaluation by IB, we have been graded as a ‘Model IB school in Asia’. Please follow me so that

I can introduce the outline of our school philosophy, over the last fifteen (15) years of ‘teaching and

learning’, has made thousands of children reach their full potential.

Quoting from the scriptures of Vedanta and realization through deep meditation, Swami Vivekananda

lays down for us the doctrines of modern education. He states, “Education is the manifestation of the

perfection already in man”. Bringing out this perfection from within every child is schooling and is

parenting. “Education and schooling”, he had gone on to add, “Is discovering and manifesting that

perfection”.

We are a spiritual school driven with the philosophy of finding the secret from within everyone.

Education at Victorious Kidss Educares is to develop character and then, as ‘Leaders & Managers’, as

excellent human beings, make this earth a better place to live. The school’s motto is ‘Every Child Matters

(ECM)’.

The school is driven by the second motto of ‘Learning to Love to Learn’. It is a school where all children

are guided to be achievers, having identified their self-worth, strengths, skills and Multiples of

Intelligence (Howard Gardner, Professor of Education, Harvard University); with which they can solve

problems of life, effortlessly. We Believe, If The Student Has Not Learnt, It Is We, Who Have Not Taught.

The new school campus at Kharadi, Pune, was inaugurated on the 6th of January 2012 and today, within

a very short time, we have reached the status of being the largest IB World School, in Pune city. The IB

Evaluation Team, Mr. Nigel Forbes Harper, Head of School Services, Asia Pacific, on their ‘Evaluation

Inspection Visit’ has rated Victorious Kidss Educares, as a ‘Model IB school for others to emulate’.

We are, continuing to keep up with the latest of educational strategies, philosophy, techniques of

differentiated classrooms, multiple of intelligences, learning styles of individual children and the

technological & information revolution of the fast changing world.

Education is no more limited to curriculum driven and examination based on how much information we

can remember. That curriculum driven process was to test, on a limited scale, our memory. The research

based latest findings, lead us to concept based learning which helps bringing out not just the best from

every child but also solve, effortlessly their problems of life. Our school is coupling that ancient Vedantic

method and holding on to our Indian roots, coupling it with the latest of the International Baccalaureate

(IB) pedagogy – the way the teacher teaches and learns.

Today we have, a special drive from the Government of India, which has lead to more than 1500

schools, aspiring to be IB in India. Our school, out of the total of 96 authorized IB schools in India, has

reached one of the top nine (9) schools and have been authorized for all three IB Programs. Victorious

Kidss Educares has the honour to be one out of these nine (9) schools in India, who have been

authorized for all the three IB Programs.

Our focus for education is to build better human beings, for better children with better character.

Children who are risk takers, balanced and loving children who take on ‘Learning’ as passion for their

life. In doing so, these children deal with at least six (6) times more content in curriculum, compared to

other traditional schools and yet, all children do it with fun. The new learning revolution in our school

makes the children’s learning ‘Unlimited’, ‘Success within the country’ and ‘Success in the world with

unlimited scope’, ‘Interactive with unlimited discovery’, ‘Personal with unlimited future’ and ‘Instant

with unlimited mobility’. Our classrooms are marching towards the latest of educational tools,

completely digitized and Wi-Fi environment with Apple, HCL, Samsung, Lenovo (6 feet x 4 feet touch

screen) smart board in the classrooms, Latest of the laboratories including Dell, IBM computers,

robotics, aero-modeling and design technology. We, you would be happy to know, are the only school

today equipped with Apple iMac 21’ & iMac 27’ and an I-Pad lab for all students from Jr. KG -of three (3)

years of age onwards. The ‘Teaching and Learning’ ambience, provide for the children, learning multiples

of languages, such as German, Japanese, Sanskrit, English, Hindi, Robotics, C++, Photoshop, Coral drew,

Windows Management etc.

I would now like to share some of our recent school achievements:

The IB World Schools Year Book 2014, as a mark of recognition, has placed Victorious Kidss

Educares, with a two (2) page write up, on the centre page, of their journal. This is an

International honour.

On our last Annual Inspection (6th Feb 2012) Visit by The Heads Of School Services Of Asia

Pacific, Mr. Nigel Forbes has declared, Victorious Kidss Educares – “A Model School in Asia For

Others To Emulate”.

Our Victorious Kidss Educares Champions have added another feather to the cap by being

successful with flying colours in Olympiad exams. This year our school had provided our children

the platform to participate in Olympiad exams conducted by Firefish Networks Pvt. Ltd, who are

authorized by Cambridge University Press. Overall 335 students from our school from PYP1 to

PYP5 & MYP, had participated in an All India English, Mathematics and Science Olympiad

examinations at school level. Out of which, 28 students for English and 7 students for

Mathematics we are selected for the National level exam, which was conducted in the month of

March 2014. Five (5) students were declared winners (Gold) in Maths National level exam and

One (1) student was declared winner (Gold) in English Olympiad Exam.

In February 2014, thirteen (13) students participated in the swimming competition at M.I.T.

Gurukul, in which five (5) of our students achieved medals. They received three (3) Gold medals,

one (1) Silver and three (3) Bronze.

The undergraduate (Bachelor) programme at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management has

recently offered a first-class International Education in Business Administration, Management or

Finance with an interesting scholarship opportunity for our graduate students of Victorious Kidss

Educares, IB Diploma Program. At the same time, they have promised to train our students to

get acquainted with German approaches to Management and learn how Germany’s business

sector maintains its global competitive edge. This year, the Frankfurt School of Finance &

Management, has declared for the first time, that they will award a full scholarship to a

graduate of an IB school. The scholarship includes all tuition costs for the six or seven semesters

of the programme. The Association of International Schools of India (TAISI) held a competition

in Vishwashanti Gurukul (Loni-Kalbhor) in November 2013, where there were seventy five (75)

participants, out of which nine (9) students from Victorious Kidss Educares, achieved two (2)

Gold medals, four (4) Silver and seven (7) Bronze.

At VKE it is ‘the relationships that empowers everything. Be it between students and teachers,

Management and teachers or between Management and parents, it is all about establishing peace and

harmony, in ‘Teaching and Learning’, building good character through Education, bringing out the

human excellence. The emotional side of teaching and about making the positive connections that the

parents, teachers and students, throughout, make with one another. It is of great honor that VKE has

been commended for its unique philosophy and teaching techniques by IB Evaluation Team as a ‘Model

School’. Victorious Kidss Educares has also been mentioned in PNYV, the official project of the UN-

‘The Decade of Education for Sustainable Development’.

‘All India Admissions & Recognition for IB - MYP (6th to 10th Standards) and DP - Junior College (11th

& 12th Standard) by All India University (AIU)’

Singapore, 18th January 2013 - The International Baccalaureate (IB) announced today an agreement

with the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), which will equate the completion of the IB’s Middle

Years Program (MYP) with Grade 10 of an Indian Board assessment. Students having completed the MYP

are now entitled to apply for admission for higher studies in any school/ colleges in India.

Similarly from Junior College (DP – 11th & 12th) to any University for studies after 11th and 12th Grade,

students could apply to IIT, AIMS, Engineering, Medical, Art, Law, Bachelor in Computer Applications,

Bachelor in Communication, Journalism or any subject for graduation and subsequent Post Graduation
