Dealing with unhealthy foods is like standing on a bridge in the autumn and watching abeautiful golden leaf float lazily on the water. Watch the leaf as it floats and spins on

You have decided that the time has come to gain control of your weight. You have taken the
most critical step in the process, decisive action.
See yourself as you desire to be, or visualize your goal as already accomplished. The more you
are exposed to an idea the more it becomes a part of your thinking. Picture yourself as a winner,
not a victim.

You visualize a good balanced diet of healthy fruits and vegetables, grains and proteins and you
imagine eating them. Be aware that water is essential to weight loss and good body functioning.
And you will eat slowly, very..slowly, to savor the flavors and allow hunger to diminish. You
are always aware of the amount you are eating and you eat modest portions and then stop. Youare totally satisfied. You have no desire to snack between meals. You will do this with ease.
Your subconscious will help you with this.
You will plan and execute a search and remove mission to rid your surroundings of food and
drink that are obstacles to achieving your goal. Your new goal is a healthy, slim, firm, flexible

the past that have heldyou back and have kept you from reaching your truepotentialbecause in actuality you are confident, capable, and a good person. Now
see these labels in the sand and use your foot to brush the words away, just cleanthe area with sweeping motionsusing your feet. Thats right; just erase the words
