How to use this booklet:
Throughout the Best Practice Champions Virtual Workshop training, think about your role as a champion and what
you can do to support a specific practice change that you’ve identified in your practice setting. This booklet provides
practice exercises for you to do corresponding to each phase of RNAO’s Toolkit: Implementation of Best Practice
Guidelines. The activities booklet provides opportunities for you to reflect on what you’ve learned and identify one or
more ‘next steps’ to support the proposed practice change.
By using this booklet during the workshop, you, as a participant gain an opportunity to apply the champion workshop
content to a real-life problem/issue/opportunity for change that you’ve identified so that you have a preliminary plan
of your next steps.
