Disco Abs will not only strengthen the core and back muscles, butit will also help improve your overall stature and well-being.Disco Abs is for anyone looking to strengthen the most integral and hardest part of the physique to develop. People of all fitness levels can benefit from this class. Thegroup is coached through a series of exercises that target all areas of the abdominals including the most difficult — the lower abs. Y members who participate in the class are not only amazed at the intensity of the abdominal workout, but also at how much of a cardio workout they get.You, too, can join the fun every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-5:30 p.m. and 5:30-6 p.m., and Wednesday, 9:30-10 a.m., at the downtown Columbus branch.
