activityFrescoObjective of this incredible team building activity is the production of a big Fresco!

Usually it takes months to paint so big with the original technique of fresco, but we don’t have that much time, therefore everyone hurry up in their overalls and go paint with whichever technique the team chooses!

Besides brushes, hands can also be used and any kind of painting technique!

Each team can have its own giant painting (2x1.5 meters) to work on, or we can organize one big image to create, divided into parts, and each team paints one part (2x1.5mt) of the same huge image. Only at the end the whole painting will be put together revealing its final effect. The subject of the painting can be chosen together when we organize the event. Teams can paint freely or reproduce and personalize a given image or paint different parts of the same big image. There’s a lot of possibilities in art!



activityFrescoThis activity is very versatile, it can be organized anywhere, outdoors or indoors.

We need about 10 square meters per team and we will take care of all the rest: from the protection of the floors to the disposable overalls for the participants.

At the end of the activity the paintings can be transported and exposed in the company’s headquarters!

We only use water tempera colors: these are non toxic, water based, odorless and washable colors, like the ones used in schools.

Well, many have continued also afterwards, ora as mum and dad...

This time we are going to play big...we have a great space at disposal, a lot of hands and most of all 25.000 small bricks, a huge number to create real sculputers with the original Lego pieces!



activityLegoThis activity allows even a very large number of people to work at the same project: in fact we can give each team a different part and only in the end we can put all the parts together to form the complete sculpture.

In other cases the groups were free to express themselves planning and creating a sculpture based on a general theme previously chosen together with the customer.

In both cases it means jumping back in time and becoming children again for a while. This activity can be done indoors, but it can also be organized outdoors, like on a beautiful terrace.

activityCity Pacman

City Pacman is a race against time! Each team will receive a Tablet with an Internet connection and a software that will make them become a real PacMan in a minute!

The teams will have to move quickly to get as many points as possible. On the tablet they will see the map of the city and will be able to visualize the small balls to eat. In some spots they will find bigger balls that will give them more points. The objective is obviously leading them to the best places!

They will also find the legendary little ghosts….. if you stop you are lost!!!! If you get special little balls you obtain the immunity for 5/10 minutes.

On the display the teams will be able to see the position of the other participants in order to come up with the best strategy.

It will be an amazing race against the time!

They will have to eat as many balls as possible and go to the streets the others haven’t ″cleaned″, trying to get to the important places in the shortest time possible.

Strategy is fundamental in this activity!

activityPasta BuildingDirectly form the World Championship of Pasta Building we suggest this very funny and simple activity.

We only need a table for each team of 6-8 people and we’ll take care of all the rest!

Participants have to build a construction using raw pasta and play dough.It is extremely important to find the right balance between size and weight to win the contest!

At the moment our record for the best building is a tower 96 cm high, which was able to hold an egg for 5 whole seconds. Can you do better?

activityPhoto competitionThrough the lenses of a camera we learn to look differently at things around us, to see them from a different point of view.

Participants are divided into teams which will be followed by a professional photographer, for both the learning of photographic techniques and the organisation of settings and shooting.

Together with the client we will create specific themes for the teams to develop. We can also locate and identify places in town to be used as settings.

A dedicated website will be created for the event, which will give the possibility, among other things, to chat with the judges and the other teams, to post pictures and comments.

Everything will be managed through the guests’ tablets, no need to install new softwares before or during the event.



activityPhoto competitionEach shot has to express the required theme/concept and needs to be taken at specifically identified places in town. Each team is also required to prepare a text to present each shot, to reinforce the meaning and give an idea of the creative team work around it.

The activity can take place indoors or outdoors: your choice!

The jury will then evaluate the pictures according to the following aspects:Relevance to the theme: The shot will be evaluated for its relation to the assigned topic, the choice of the subject/s and the pose.Creativity:The jury will asses the creative idea behind the shot, the way it was put into practice through the choice and production of the shooting set/s.Technique:Technical evaluation of the pictures with the help of the professional photographers who will judge the choice of framing, lights and exposure.

Another idea is to ask each team to write and tell a story, using photos to underline some of the most important parts and choosing the right soundtrack.

The creativity lies in the story each team decides to write and the pictures that will be its representation.

This choice gives teams a higher challenge to face; every team member is involved, be it as author, writer, storyteller, actor, photographer…

At the end of the activity a special moment takes place, where each team presents its work, and laughter, values and meanings are shared by everyone.

The tablet plays here an important role to write the text, but also to do researches for the activity, pictures, background music…

At the end of the activity we can simply show the pictures on a giant screen, possibly during dinner or we can organize a real photo exhibition: we can print the pictures on the spot in A3 size and organize the displays and showroom.

The exhibition could even be open to the public and we could think of selling the pictures to raise funds for a non-profit organization.

Let’s discover the world of tv commercials and bring our guests on a real film set!

Each team becomes a video production company and takes care of each and every step of production: idea and planning of the commercial, casting, scenography, costumes, acting, directing and so on!

Each team member has a well-defined role: director, actor, make up artist, costume designer, cameraman, audio, sound and light engineer, etc.

Each group receives everything it needs for the production of the commercial or short movie: digital Mini-Dv videocamera, clapperboard, tripod, lights and so on.



activityCommercialTogether with the customer, we decide a common subject or idea for the teams to follow in the production of the commercial, which in the end lasts 30 seconds to 1 minute.

At the end of the activity every team gives us back the videocamera and the screenplay, complete with all the details: identification and description of each scene, duration, backgroud music, titles, written texts.

The participants also find at their disposal plenty of costumes, wigs, make up and all they need to make the shortfilm.

At the end of the activity we take care of the editing part and after just a few hours we can celebrate the night of the “Academy Awards”!We suggest to play the commercials on a giant screen during/after dinner.

N.B. Between the end of the activity and the final projection of the commercials we need about 2-3 hours for editing.

The participants will be divided into teams and will have to deal with a real treasure hunt based on digital technology and Internet.

They will receive a Tablet with an Internet connection and a software that will give them the possibility to communicate and send photos to the jury.

In order to reach the objectives the teams will receive the clues on their tablets. If the first clue is not helpful we will send them a second one; or a third one if needed. Obviously if we send them more than one clue they will get less points.

We usually make an ad hoc plan for the Treasure Hunt depending on the client’s requests and the time available. We try to make the participants interact with locals, ask information to people, traffic policemen, etc.

The jury will communicate with the teams via web from the briefing room. There will be an exchange of information between the staff and the teams in order to make them feel involved in the activity.

Each team will receive a videocamera HD so that they will be able to film their activity for an unforgettable memory of this experience .

Besides, the teams will have a list of funny things to do:To retreive some particular objects that could be connected to the activity.- They will have to take unusual photos the jury will suggest.- They will have to find a hear-shaped pizza, or take a photo with a

traffic policeman etc.

These special trials will give the teams extra points.
