It was a devastating tragedy that occurred on Friday. This week is Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week. It’s a great time to discuss with your children what that looks like, how they can help friends who are being bullied, and what it means to be a by stander. We have a lot of tournaments, games and trips this week. Please do not call our safe arrival line if they are part of these events. ~ Ms. Broderick and Ms. Rosenbloom Days of Significance (2015) November 2015 Aboriginal Education Month 913 DeepavaliII (Hinduism) 11 Diwali** (Hinduism, Jain, Sikhism) 11 Remembrance Day (Canada) 12 Birth of Baha’u’llah (Baha’i) 12 New Year** (Jain) 14 World Diabetes Day (WHO) 1521 Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week 16 Louis Riel Day* (First Nations, Métis, Inuit) 20 Universal Children’s Day (UN) 20 International Transgender Day of Remembrance
