Mission Statement

No Crimes of Violence, PWID, Felony 1 or Sexual Offenses

Bi-Weekly Court Appearances

Criminal activity must be influenced by

drug, alcohol, or mental health problem.

Intensive APO Supervision

Mental Health Court Must have a verifiable Mental Health diagnosis

Medication Management

Dual-Diagnosis Treatment

(4) 90 day PhasesAcceptable diagnoses include Major

Depression, Schizophrenia, or Bi-Polar Disorder.

Did You Know…

In 2013, there were 1208 DUI-related

fatalities in PA. 60% were caused by HCDD. 

Hardcore Drunk Drivers (HCDD) make up 34% of all DUI arrests

Defined as: BAC above .15% 3 or more DUIs Resistant to Change 75% are alcohol

dependent 60% are drug dependent
