The Berea C o l l e g e E l e c t r i c U t i l i t y Department w i l l i n s t a l l underground d i s t r i b u t i o n l i n e s t o a r e s i d e n t i a l s u b d i v i s i o n u n d e r the f o l l o w i n g condi t i -ons : F o r e s t a b l i s h e d r e s i d e n t i a l areas, and i n d i v i d u a l s p a r a g r a p h s ( c ) t h r o u g h (h) a p p l y .

(a) The s u b d i v i s i o n b e i n g developed m u s t c o n s i s t o f a t r a c t of l and which i s d i v i d e d i n t o t e n (10) o r more l o t s f o r the c o n s t r u c t i o n o f new r e s i d e n t i a l b u i l d i n g s o r t h e l and on which i s c o n s t r u c t e d two ( 2 ) o r more n e w m u l t i p l e occupancy b u i l d i n g s . I f the amount d e p o s i t e d exceeds the normal c h a r g e f o r underground e x t e n s i o n s , the amount i n e x c e s s sha l l b e refunded immedia te ly a f t e r work i s completed and actual c o s t has b e e n e s t a b l i s h e d .

(c) The U t i l i t y w i l l c o n s t r u c t underground d i s t r i b u t i o n f a c i l i t i e s i n the s u b d i v i s i a n adequa te t o r e n d e r s i n g l e p h a s e 120/240 v o l t service. A l l e l e c t r i c a l d e v i c e s such as t r a n s - f o r m e r s , s w i t c h i n g equipment and m e t e r i n g d e v i c e s s h a l l be above ground.
