Bentley Property Services has over 8 years of

estate and property management experience

in Gibraltar. We combine a sensitive, personal

approach to estate and property management

with an expert knowledge of management and

zealous pursuit of results.

Our honest and hands on approach to property has proved to be very

Our Pledge

Our philosophy is to manage an estate as if it

were our own. Our aim is to preserve the

value of your property and the quality of life

that this brings to its residents. This requires

regular supervision, foresight and constant ex-

pert attention.

Your property will be appointed to the personal care of our

experienced team of property maintenance co-ordinators who will

be responsible for the day-to-day liaison with staff and contractors.

This ensures that more than one individual is familiar with the

running of your estate, thus reducing the chances that a residents

query or the relevant works are not attended to due to the non-

availability of the designated estate manager . At all times however,

our directors will have primary responsibility for the overall

supervision of your estate.

We also believe in establishing and maintaining clear and open lines

of communication. To achieve this, we make ourselves available for

meetings outside of normal business hours and provide the relevant

committee members with emergency contact numbers.

Our primary objective is to improve the standard of management

service on your property. We pay particular attention to agreeing

on-going programmes of improvement, maintenance and works.

Bentley Property Services has managed the exclusive

Eurotowers complex since 2004 and is one of, if

not the largest, property managers in Gibraltar

with over 100 apartments within its management

portfolio. Our experienced and dedicated team

operates out of our offices in Eurotowers and,

between them, mass over 40 years of valuable

experience in the industry.
