Introduction
Jay Hicks is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel who successfully
transitioned as a civilian project manager after 20 years of global
responsibility. As a civilian, he has been PMO Director for Lockheed
Martin, Deputy Program Manager for L-3 and BAE. Jay is a PMP, and
the PMO Director at United States Special Operations Command
(USSOCOM).
Sandy Cobb is the IT Strategy Manager at United States Special
Operations Command (USSOCOM). She has 30+ years IT and
consulting experience with government and business, including running
her own software company for 12 years. Sandy volunteers for numerous
PMI groups and has achieved the PfMP, PgMP, and PMP.
