Benefits at a Glance Paid Time Off Retirement Holidays Employees receive 12 paid holidays per calendar year. Full-time employees accrue 8 hours of sick leave time and a minimum of 10 hours of vacation per month. Employees also receive 8 hours of Educational Support Leave each calendar year to attend academic functions supporting students in GA schools. Discounted Athletic Events All employees get discounted tickets to various sporting events including football, basketball, and baseball! Employee Fitness Center Access to an onsite fitness center for you and your family. Membership includes fitness coaching and group classes. Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) The Tuition Assistance Program waives tuition and fees for employees seeking degrees at any USG institution. Faculty and Staff Meal Plans Plans include discounted entries to The Commons and Stingers and complimentary enrollment in the Takeout Club. Flexible Work Arrangements When job functions allow, eligible employees may have the ability to telecommute or work a compressed schedule.
