1 German Emarati Company - BENA manufactures high quality precast aer- ated concrete PAC in a state of the art facility in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi with a capac- ity of 1500 Villas per year (300m2 average area per villa), and a total investment of 100 Million Dirham. With the most advanced PAC technology in the Middle East, BENA started produc- tion in January 2009. BENA is the first to introduce a load bearing system using PAC material; we design and produce a complete building “Skeleton” using the highest quality concrete in the construction industry. Our system is characterized by the speed in installation and its cost-effectiveness. We produce Reinforced Vertical PAC Panels or load-bearing PAC blocks for walling along with PAC Slabs for flooring to continue an alternate Superstruc- ture System that is one-third the weight of Conventional Concrete while provid- ing superior sound, fire and thermal insulation. This environmentally sustainable product has a very low embodied CO level and creates energy efficient homes. At BENA, we are more than simply suppliers of Precast Aerated Concrete units. We are partner with our customers, our employees, and our investors, providing high quality building structure, a stable and productive workplace, and strong shareholder value. BENA recognizes that in order to survive and grow in today›s challenging marketplace, true commitment in meeting cus- tomer needs through communication, planning and continuous process im- provement activities is the key.

German Emarati Company - BENA manufactures high quality precast aer-ated concrete PAC in a state of the art facility in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi with a capac-ity of 1500 Villas per year (300m2 average area per villa), and a total investment of 100 Million Dirham.

With the most advanced PAC technology in the Middle East, BENA started produc-tion in January 2009.

BENA is the first to introduce a load bearing system using PAC material; we design and produce a complete building “Skeleton” using the highest quality concrete in the construction industry. Our system is characterized by the speed in installation and its cost-effectiveness.

We produce Reinforced Vertical PAC Panels or load-bearing PAC blocks for walling along with PAC Slabs for flooring to continue an alternate Superstruc-ture System that is one-third the weight of Conventional Concrete while provid-ing superior sound, fire and thermal insulation.

BENA recognizes that in order to survive and grow in today›s challenging marketplace, true commitment in meeting cus-tomer needs through communication, planning and continuous process im-provement activities is the key.

3.Rising

The casted mould will be driven in to the fermentation area for a period of 3-4 hours until the cake gets its initial setting and pre-curing.

1.Mixing

Precast Aerated Concrete (PAC) is a mixture of sand, cement, lime, gyp-sum and water. The fine silica sand is ground to a powder in a ball mill, so all the ingredients have a similar particle size. Computer controlled density meters and mixing equipment ensures the exact proportions are used every time.

2.Casting

Mixing the raw materials will form slurry which will be casted in a 6 me-ter long steel mould.

6.Packing

After a series of thorough inspections and quality control, the PAC products are now ready for dispatch.

5.Curing

To make the PAC strong and hard, it is fused under heat and pressure in steam autoclaves. These 40 meter long pressure cylinders take 21 cakes at a time and cook them at temperatures of up to 190 degrees Centigrade and pressures of 12 bars.

4.Cutting

The cake is released from the mould, ready to be sliced into blocks and panels. Fine steel wires are used to slice through the soft concrete. Computer monitored pneumatic tensioners keep the wires tight and straight for the per-fect cuts. All the side trimming and waste off-cuts fall into the channel below and are pumped back into the mixing system for recycling.

Fire Resistant/Non-Combustible

• Highest UL fire ratings in the industry• No toxins or gases emitted• Reduced risk to insuring agencies

Energy Saving

• Inherent Insulation• Lowers heating and cooling costs• Outperforms wood and concrete masonry

Easily Shaped

• Unlimited workability• Can be sawn, drilled, nailed and milled• Field adjustments can be made easily

Light weight

• Block is 50% weight of standard CMU block• Lighter weight product creates easier work environment – less back strain• Reduced delivery costs

Enveronment Friendly• PAC is made from sand, lime, cement, waterand a rising agent• Generates no pollutants/hazardous wastes

Breathable• Air molecules allow transfer of moisture vapor from cook-ing, washing and cothes drying.• PAC walls allow the building to equalize pressure between the outside and inside atmosphere.

Long Life

• Excellent for hot to very cold climates• Approved for use in hurricane prone areas

Economical

• Fast installation – quicker customer payback• No furring, insulation or drywall needed• experienced four man team with crane can install panels at 4-6 minutes per panel

Noise Resistant

• Sound insulation value of 7db (per sq. ft. of surface area) greater than other materials of the same weight
