CC15: Open chevron design allows water to escape. The 5/8” high cleat is aggressive for small pulleys on road scalpers. Can be used on primary or secondary conveyors.

CC25: Has a heavy duty 1” high x 3/4” base overlapping pat-tern for easy return transition.

INTEGRALLY MOLDED INCLINE BELTS

The highest quality gum rubber tubing starts by using the high-est quality compounds. A great deal of effort was put forth in developing the formulations for the gum rubber tubing we offer.

FDA certifi ed white tubing in pure gum, EPDM, nitrile, neoprene, silicone & chloro butyl is also available. Diameters for gum rubber tubing range from 1/8”ID up to 30”ID. Fabric or wire reinforcement can be added.

GUM RUBBER SLEEVES - GUM RUBBER TUBING

3500 PSI Tensile strength rubber that meets DIN-X and RMA Grade I requirements. 60 durometer with superior cut, gouge and abrasion resistance. Excellent for noise abatement.

RA- 60 HIGH IMPACT RUBBER

Great for belt scrapers, dual durometer design withstands high abrasion. Outstanding wear resistance for wet and sticky materials. Wear life signifi cantly greater than commercial SBR. Heavy duty outer layers provide scraping action while softer inside layer acts as a wiper.

RA-BGB COMBI RUBBER

Improves belt tracking and increased life span of head pulley, virtually eliminates belt slippage. Suitable for almost any pulley size. 1” tiles embedded in rubber, with 3/8” wide water chan-nels.

Heavy Duty impact bars feature a solid design that prevents belt damage. Provides exceptional impact and wear resis-tance. High quality materials offer superior belt support, signifi cantly longer life and lower impact bed maintenance requirements.

RA-IB IMPACT BARS

Great for chute liner and heavy duty skirting. Construction provides a softer seal with outstanding wear life, providing product containment and eliminating dust and foreign objects. 45 durometer natural rubber compound provides abrasion, cut and tear resistance.

Hot vulcanized Rubber Cleats or Bolt-on Metal Cleats make this the belt of choice for delivering roofi ng materials. Available in a rubber or PVC base belt with custom cleat patterns and spacing available.

ROOFING BELTS

Stocked in 1.5” thick by 10” and 12” wide rolls of 50’-0”, this material is excellent for protecting the snow plowing equipment and the road surface from unnecessary damage. The high 2200 PSI tensile strength ensures a product that will stand the test of the fi rst fl urry.

SNOW PLOW BLADE RUBBER

From the Main Collector Belt to the Second Elevator we have you covered. The 1” high steel or Fiberglass reinforced cleat on the Main Collector withstands the pressures of the job. The 40 duro “No Bruise” cleat on the First Elevator belt protects the crop from unnecessary damage. The “Juice Saver” Scoop Cleat on the Second Elevator belt assures that all the juice arrives at the vat for production.

GRAPE HARVESTING BELTS

Custom fabricated with slotted holes and cleats that ensure the product moves down the line while the water drains through. Slotted holes are designed to allow the water to escape while preventing fall through and plugging during operation.

DEWATERING BELTS

Getting all of the product to the next stage is critical in material handling; sidewalls keep the product on the belt. Sidewalls are also a cost-effective way to increase the product payload without investing in all new equipment.
