In december 30th 2007 , a lovely place, Gallery Belleza y

Felicidad (Beauty and Hapiness )at Guardia Vieja and

Acuña de Figueroa, in Buenos Aires, close its Doors

forever.. A few months before, Fernanda Laguna,

responsable spirit of what had happened in that corner

Turing 15 years, asked me:

‐ Marina, Would you like to close Beauty

‐ Yes, I `ll close it…… you have to move and take out

everything you have in there, and then I `ll close your

galllery

The 30th decemmber, 2007 I covered the front of

thegallery`s building with a knitted tissue , working

during all day long, while our friends and artists gather

around, chatting .With my last sew , the gallery closed

‐ Fernanda, when you open another gallery space,, with

this tissue I will design cloths for all the artists that

had been near you and Belleza, a non comecial

Collection, a gift for ever

So as to have Belleza y Felicidad, there has been no need

to open a new space

Beauty is of the artists when happiness is

shared, It will alwasys be like that wherever

you find us.
