GENERAL INFORMATION
& REPORTS
BARC Clubhouse Street Level Access
The BARC Planning Group discussed and decided at its August meeting to offer a street level entrance for members often preferring not to have to climb up and down steps in order to attend BARC meetings, movie night and other Club activities.
A volunteer team of BARC members will take turns welcoming members and guests, who prefer street
4
level access, to enter at the Gym exterior entrance on the north side of the school near the rear corner (NE Corner). Someone will be at that door from apx 7:00-7:30 PM on regular meeting nights and movie nights. We will develop additional procedures for other activities. We don’t want anyone not to attend Club meetings and activities because of the steps.
