The modernization of GAPD is taking place
STIPAD :STIPAD : Integrated data processing of Patrimonial Documentation which has the ambition to recognize in a rational and efficient way the business of the Patrimonial Documentation (Cadastre, Registration, Public property and Mortgage services) by bundling the current system and computerizing the alphanumeric data and graphical parcel plan

- The GAPD now has an open mind it is member of WPLA, EuroGeographics, PCC; takes part in european projects
(Hanoi 2010, EuroBoundaries …) it is actively engaged in the discussion of the proposal of directive INSPIRE cooperation agreements are signed with
NGI ( National Geographical Institute) NSI ( National Statistical Institute)
interface with the education authority area is building up with NGI and NSI it organizes colloquium which are good platform for discussion
