Fluid Power and the Art of BeingYoga
How do we allow yoga to emerge fromthe wave of prana – breath and innermovement? When we consider the ori-gins of yoga asanas as the spontane-ous expression of meditative union orthat all of nature moves from its owndesign, then this is the natural flow. Thisis how the namaskars that I offer youemerged through my own sadhana. Theintegration of method (form) and intuition (inner knowing) is the art of yoga that brings satisfac-tion to one’s experience. This is the shift from “doing yoga” that can creep in with the stress oflife in the 21st century to “being yoga” – a receptive state that is the essence of fluidity.
