Being Resourced Womanifesto

I am a woman who honors the soft animal of my body.

I speak lovingly to myself. I nourish myself with what I need for my optimal health.

I enjoy feeling my sensual aliveness and the vitality of my passion. My sacred sexual life

force energy fuels my creative gifts to the world. I practice conscious pleasure as a

gateway to the Divine.

I cherish my abundant feminine heart with its infinite capacity to give and receive love. I feel

my feelings and listen to the messages flowing to me from the intelligence of my emotions.

I practice forgiving myself and others for our perfect imperfections and humanness. I am

connected to others and we support each other.

I fiercely protect what I love.

I am always connected to my soul as my ultimate resource. Even when I forget, I’m still

being guided by my trustworthy inner wisdom and intuition. I return, again and again, to the

present moment with my breath. By being completely me just as I am, I tap into my sacred

feminine power, my Shakti, as a source of inspiration.

For all this, I give gratitude. I ask that I continue to be shown how I can best be of service,

embody joy, love ever more fully, and stay true to the

sacred mission of my soul.

And so it is.
