    Abstract

    The purpose of this study was to study the behavior and the factors that influence consumer choice

    applications via smartphones. The explore attitudes and satisfaction of the users of smartphones to use the

    applications and study the priority in each of the factors those are important in the selection of consumer

    applications. The research method was a quantitative survey with the samples were 370 students randomly

    select by convenience sampling technique at Silpakorn University, Phetchaburi IT Campus specifically by

    calculating the average value of students in each faculty. Results revealed that, the respondents were likely

    to increase for use smartphones, most of they were female than male, studying in the second degree of

    Community Management affair in faculty of Management Science, income/month about 5,000-10,000 baht.

    The behavior in the use of an application on smartphones that most of them ever to used smartphones,

    used by average 3-5 hours a day, the average monthly cost 301-500 Baht, brand used: i-phone, OS used:

    Android, frequency of use per day on average more than five times. Attitude in the use of an application on

    smartphones that most of them satisfied with the process is simple, easy to use and satisfaction with an

    application that can be used anywhere and anytime. The personal status of the respondents and the

    experience of using an application through smartphones has influenced the attitude of the application with

    smartphonse and satisfaction of users applications via smartphones. Research results are summarized. Private

    health information of the respondent, and experience in using applications over mobile phones influence

    attitude in applications through the mobile phone Smartphone and.
