CREAM ALE - Brewed with a blend of malted barley and corn grits for a light body.

LAGER - Light, crisp, bright, and clean. With just the right amount of malt and hop balance.

AMBER ALE - We took a batch of Louie’s Demise and added a bunch of Rishi’s Organic Blueberry Rooibos andHibiscus Tea blends to our secondary fermentation vessel. After two weeks of cold infusion we filtered out the tea, carbonated it.

MARZEN LAGER - Traditionally brewed with pale ale, caramel and toasted Munich malts that attribute a sweet earthy malty flavor, toasted aroma and a bright orange hue.

AMBER ALE - Hints of caramel and roasted malt.

HAZY IPA - Citra and Mosaic hops join forces for this hop-forward IPA. Bright,juicy, and refreshing. The MVP is full of citrus and tropical notes.

DOUBLE IPA - Infused with organic Jasmine tea, lending it a sweet, floral aroma.

CITRA & MOSAIC IPA - Generous hopping of Citra and Mosaic, with notes of grapefruit aromas and flavors of passionfruit, blueberry, mango, and lychee.

IMPERIAL STOUT - Brewed to support of Justice and equality for People of Color, we crafted our version of the Black Is Beautiful collaboration to have a bold flavor and strong character. Warm aromas of coffee and chocolate evolve into a rich, decadent mouthfeel that highlights notes of rich, dark chocolate and a hint of coconut. Bold espresso and bitter baker's chocolate flavors round out the finish. The sweet and bitter balance beckons your taste buds for another sip.

IPA - Brewed with three different kinds of hops, this IPA is balanced by the oats added to the mash. The oats not only add an unexpected sweetness, but also a heavier mouthfeel.

IMPERIAL WIT - Infusing Asian character into this monster wheat beer with green tea chamomille and ginger.

MILK STOUT - Single hopped with Centennial hops This pitch black stout is teaming with rich roasted malt and coffee flavors. The addition of milk sugar tames these intense flavors with a silky sweetness. A very easy drinking, full bodied beer.

COLD BREW NITRO STOUT - Rich, dark, nitro stout teaming with silky, slightly sweet, malty goodness. Accentuated by an elegant infusion of cold pressed coffee from our friends over at Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. Their exclusive Snake Oil roast provides the perfect match.
