1 pound lean sirloin steak, sliced
4 Tbsp soy sauce
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup hot water
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
2 sliced scallions
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp chopped peanuts
1. Toss steak with 2 Tbsp soy sauce. Thread steak onto wooden skewers. Heat grill to high and place skewered steak onto the grill.
2. Mix remaining soy sauce with peanut butter, ginger, garlic powder, water, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes into a sauce. Stir in scallions. When steak is cooked to desired doneness, lightly brush with sauce.
3. Sprinkle steak with cilantro and peanuts. Pairs well with steamed snow peas and carrots.
