Welcome to Bee Zee Acres 1st Annual Easter Monday Open House and Private Treaty Bull and Heifer Sale. We welcome you to our farm on Monday, April 6th, 2015.

Bee Zee Acres started raising Limousin cattle in 1989 when Bill & Mary Anne’s children expressed an interest in cattle. We bought our first two purebred cows with heifer calves at side from local breeder, Ron & Rita Gardiner. The next year we bought our first purebred Limousin bull from McCallum Brothers at Iona Station We continued to purchase purebred cows, and built the herd to the present day 60 cows. We have been selling purebred stock for many years to both commercial and purebred breeders. We have devel-oped our program by matching top AI sires to our cows.

After another successful Royal in 2014, we thought now was the time to really showcase our breeding program. We have always taken the opportu-nity to showcase our cattle in the show ring, from 4-H shows, to local fairs, as well as at the provincial and national level in purebred Limousin shows.

The future in the beef business is at an all time high and your investment today will bring great returns for years to come. We work at producing cattle that have style, consistency, and performance that will sat-isfy today and tomorrows beef industry, for both com-mercial and purebred producers.

All animals posted in the catalogue are for sale. Animals with show rights retained will remain at Bee Zee Acres until the end of the 2015 Show Season. Animals with show right re-tained require 50% payment on sale day and the remaining 50% upon delivery at the end of the show season.

The format for bidding is a silent auction. Bids will be accepted in person or on the phone. Bill’s cell (519) 494-9613, Matt’s cell (519) 870-3219 or Nick’s cell (519) 360-0673. Call or text for inquires or to place a bid.

Bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm on the day of the event. If you are out bid, we will make every attempt to inform you and allow you the opportunity to bid again or to select an-other animal.

While bidding by phone please keep in close contact un-til you know if you have purchased your calf. Anyone who has placed a bid that we cannot contact Monday afternoon will for-feit their bid unless prior arrangements have been made.

All calves are clipped and broke to tie. All calves are sold as is with no implied guarantee of quality, soundness, dis-position, etc. If you question a particular calf, do not bid on that individual.

No cattle will leave without a secure form of payment. Please make cheques payable to Bill Zwambag.

All cattle must be picked up within 2 weeks of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.

We encourage you to consider protecting your invest-ment by purchasing insurance on your new animals.

At Bee Zee Acres, we attempt to gather as much data as possible to ensure that we are selling cattle that will perform for our customers.

All bulls will be ultrasounded, for rib-eye area and back fat, as well as semen tested prior to April 6th, 2015. If you are interested in any of these results, please feel free to ask.

Also, all bulls will receive magnets at the time of the semen test to help protect your investment.

Every animal in this catalogue is registered and papers will be transferred following receipt of pay-ment.

We strive to provide customer service and satis-faction. We want our cattle to perform for you!
