• Start in your usual sleeping position – with a pillow under your head and neck. Move around a bit too. Just like you would at home!

• Back sleeper? Slide a hand under your lower back. Does it slide in very easily? The mattress is too fi rm. Diffi cult to slip your hand under? Too soft.
