  • Moses was young and strong. He felt that he could deliver his people by himself

  • When you ignore God, you schedule a tragedy Any step toward self-sufficiency is a step away from God.

  • Moses killed the Egyptian. He felt he did the right thing. He was serving God with his flesh.

  • The right thing at the wrong time becomes the wrong thing

  • God was not happy and He sent Moses to be trained in the desert for forty years.

  • The real joy of the Lord is when He discovers someone who is willing to obey Him unconditionally

  • Forty years later, God called Moses to lead His

    people out of Egypt.

  • Forty years ago, Moses thought he knew the call of God. Forty years later, he was not so sure

  • Moses said, Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the

    Israelites out of Egypt?

  • Moses felt all the inadequacies. He knew more about managing

    sheep than he knew about managing people.

  • Loss is the first step toward discovering God.

  • Forty years of waiting and he did not realise that he was destined

    for greatness.

  • God assigned Moses to lead

    the Children of Israel so as

    to preserve her as a nation.

  • This is the same Moses they had rejected with the words, Who made you ruler and judge? He was sent to be their ruler and deliverer by God himself, through the angel who appeared to him in the bush. Acts 7:35

  • This man led them out,

    performing wonders and

    signs in the land of Egypt and

    in the Red Sea and in the

    wilderness for forty years.

  • This is the Moses who said to

    the sons of Israel, 'GOD WILL

    RAISE UP FOR YOU A

    PROPHET LIKE ME FROM

    YOUR BRETHREN.'

  • God preserved the

    nation of Israel so

    that His Son

    might come to die

    for mankind.

  • Gods plan for

    you is far greater

    than your

    present

    circumstances

  • O let the Son of God enfold you

    With His Spirit and His love

    Let Him fill your heart

    and satisfy your soul

  • O let Him have the things

    that hold you

    And His Spirit like a dove

    Will descend upon your life

    and make you whole
