God was not happy and He sent Moses to be trained in the desert for forty years.

Forty years later, God called Moses to lead His

people out of Egypt.

Forty years ago, Moses thought he knew the call of God. Forty years later, he was not so sure

Moses said, Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the

Moses felt all the inadequacies. He knew more about managing

sheep than he knew about managing people.

God assigned Moses to lead

the Children of Israel so as

to preserve her as a nation.

This is the same Moses they had rejected with the words, Who made you ruler and judge? He was sent to be their ruler and deliverer by God himself, through the angel who appeared to him in the bush. Acts 7:35

This man led them out,

performing wonders and

signs in the land of Egypt and

in the Red Sea and in the

wilderness for forty years.

This is the Moses who said to

the sons of Israel, 'GOD WILL

PROPHET LIKE ME FROM

YOUR BRETHREN.'

nation of Israel so

that His Son
