You would be an ideal BusinessPLUS Student Ambassador if you: § enjoy meeting and communicating with a wide range of people § want to inspire other Griffith Business School students to get involved with co-curricular opportunities § want to gain valuable experience to increase your employability. What’s involved? § Support with the promotion of BusinessPLUS to other business students. § Assist at BusinessPLUS events and activities, such as Griffith Open Day, Orientation, BusinessPLUS workshops, promotion in lectures). § Contribute to (and engage with) BusinessPLUS social media sites. § Support students with the BusinessPLUS workbook (in Pebblepad). Ideally you will: § be willing to share your own experiences of co-curricular activities and BusinessPLUS with your fellow students § be willing to help students with their questions/concerns about the program § be enthusiastic and passionate when promoting BusinessPLUS. As a BusinessPLUS Student Ambassador it is expected that you: § attend a brief induction meeting § assist with and attend at least one BusinessPLUS event per year § actively contribute to posts on Facebook and LinkedIn § be a positive ambassador for BusinessPLUS. What are the benefits? § Formal recognition of your contributions including a Certificate of Appreciation and personal reference (written and/or on LinkedIn) provided at the end of the year of your involvement. § A thank you $30 Café Rossa gift card! § BusinessPLUS t-shirt. § Include your BusinessPLUS Student Ambassador experience on your resume + add to the ‘Enrich’ category of your BusinessPLUS workbook.
