IF YOU WERE PART OF THE MANAGING

TEAM, WHAT QUESTIONS WOULD YOUASK YOURSELF BEFORE DECIDING ONA NEW PRODUCT ?

I would ask myself what new strategies could help with the new product. These strategies would be related with the cost of the materials to make the product and the amount of employees that will be needed to make it.I would also ask myself what the need of the costumers is (marketing research) and where I would get the money to invest.

Quality Control

Before deciding on a new product I would look on the

benefits this product will make, if there is another company

that could compete with it and which materials will be

needed to make it.

Regarding the laboratory department I would check if the

space that is available is big enough to work correctly on

this new product or if the space will have to be modified.
