2 CHOOSE TEMPLATE DESIGN• Choose a design template or design element. Please provide us with the template code which is located under the design/element in this brochure.

• Or provide us with clear details for your custom design.

3 COLLATE YOUR INFORMATION• Text & Poems: Collect all the information you would like in your stationery. We have a range of poems, Bible verses and thank you verses in this brochure. Or simply find on the internet (Google) for more examples.

• Photos: Try to chose images of high quality. If your photos need scanning, please provide them to us at your consultation.

faqs WHY CHOOSE US?We have more than 12 years experience in the photo, design and printing industry. We stay up to date with all the latest design programs and use quality equipment.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?A minimum of 48 hours before the time and date of your funeral service is required. If you require your stationery within 24 hours, over public holidays or weekends additional charges apply.

CAN YOU SCAN MY PHOTOS?Yes we can. One scanned photo is included in the price of your stationery. We can scan additional photos and photoshop images for you at an additional price.

DO YOU PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES?Yes we do. We can capture the moving moments when you farewell a loved one. Beautifully shot and expertly edited, funeral photography is a lasting legacy of a loved one’s life and the day you said goodbye.


PERSONALISED SERVICEWe proudly provide professional and friendly help to guide you through the process as easily as possible. Feel free to contact us at any time as we’re more than happy to help.

QUALITY & SPEEDOur products are all designed and printed in house. We guarantee all our memorial stationery will be printed and delivered on time, every time, to the highest quality.

4 PLACE YOUR ORDER• Meeting: we can arrange a meeting in person or over the phone. Bring along information and images on a thumb drive (or email ahead of time).

• Via email: to [email protected] include the name of your funeral director, service date and time, product, quantity and design template code(s), text and chosen poems and verses plus any design modifications you wish. Attach your photos, information and any text i.e. order of service, poems, verses etc using Microsoft Word, or include in the body of your email.

5 DELIVERYWe will design your stationery and email you a digital proof to review and make any adjustments if required. Once approved by you we will print and deliver to your funeral director.

6 PAYMENTPayment is required on delivery or invoice will be sent directly to the funeral directors which will then be included on your account.
