Neighborhood Notes July brought lots of real estate activity to SCCL with 20 new listings. We saw 20 homes go under contract and 18 close. Much of the turnover is due to normal attrition – residents moving to be closer to family, preparing for the next phase of life, health issues and change of climate. Go Whitewater RaftingIf you are looking for adventure, cool off white-water rafting at the US Whitewater Center. If the rapids aren’t your speed, try flat water kayaking. Stay for River Jam any Thurs-Sat.
