It’s a 238.49 m2 private beach house Located in Playa las lomas, Peru Lima, and
it was built in 2010.
It has been really a challenge to the architects to design in such a plot… but they have
turned this exact problem to an advantage… the weakness point turned into a strength
point.
But thy have not considered the sustainability of the building materials.
