Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The Prize Draw

1. For a chance to win a Thomas Cook holiday and a 10 piece capsule range of

ladies holiday clothes courtesy of the Style Traveller, tell us or show us how

you get beach holiday ready and one person will be drawn at random to win

this fantastic prize.

Eligibility

2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except

employees of the Promoter, the Style Traveller, their families, agents or any

third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

How to enter

3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

4. Entries must be submitted through the following ways:

Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Entries via 4 (a, b or c above) must either:

b. Tell us how you get Beach Holiday Ready

All entries must include the hashtag #BeachHolidayReady

6. The closing date for entries is 8pm 25th

January 2016. Entries received after

this time will not be considered.

7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed

due to a technical fault (including any technical malfunction, computer

hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind).

conditions. Any attempted interference with the running of this promotion will

result in a void entry.

9. A winner will be chosen by random draw from all entries by an independent

person at 10pm 25th

January 2016 ("Draw Date").

The Prize

10.The winner will receive two prizes; a holiday and clothes, as detailed below:

11.1 The Holiday Prize:

a) The winner will receive a 7 night holiday to Turkey courtesy of Thomas

Cook. The holiday is for 2 people to travel between 01 May and 31October 2016 (excluding dates between 05 July and 28 August inclusive),

subject to availability and from a UK departure airport offering flights to

Izmir on Thomas Cook Airlines. The winner will stay at the five star

Paloma Pasha Resort in zdere on Turkeys Aegean coastfor seven nights on

an all-inclusive basis. Transfers between the hotels and overseas airport

are included in the prize. The prize does not include travel insurance,

food and drink outside the all-inclusive offering, spending money, tax or

personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out

above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are theresponsibility of the winner.

b) The holiday must be booked by 01 May 2016 and all permitted travel

dates are subject to availability until the booking has been confirmed.

There is no cash alternative for the prize.

c) The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative

prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's

control makes it necessary to do so.

d) The prize is not negotiable or transferable. The prize winner must be one

of the people who travels on the holiday.

e) Once the booking is confirmed no changes to the booking are permitted.

f) The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person

travelling hold valid passports, any necessary visas and adequate travel

insurance for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified.

11.2 The Clothes Prize

a) The ten items of womens clothing supplied by the Style Traveller arefrom either Monsoon or Accessorize and are as described below:

1) Willow Maxi blue kaftan

2) Cory Black embroidered pencil skirt

3) Bronze metallic beach shopper bag

4) Chloe Black and brown bikini set top and bottoms

5) White block print elephant sarong

6) Luna black flat sandals

7) Cream Tamsin print cheese cloth blouse

8) Blue Bianco block print shorts9) Beach Please clutch bag

10) Short cream Madison print smock dress

b) The items will be supplied in the size requested by the prize winner

(subject to manufacturers size restrictions and availability of different

sizes at the time of ordering).

c) Items may be removed or substituted depending on availability.

d) Items cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative and are not eligible for

returns/refunds.

e) Delivery instructions will be provided to the prize winner.

Winner announcement & claiming the prize

12 The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided atentry) before 5

thFebruary 2016 and must verify their identity as the owner of

the Facebook / Twitter / Instagram account. If a winner does not respond to the

Promoter within 5 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's

prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner

in accordance with the process described above.

13 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and

binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14 The winner of the prize draw will be announced on the Thomas Cook and Style

Traveller Facebook page by 29th

February 2016.

Ownership of Photographic entries and intellectual property rights

15 Participants warrant that any photo uploaded is taken by themselves. Photos

will be rejected and removed from the site if they contain:

content that refers to a competitor

content that is in regards to a complaint or negative service

content with inappropriate imagesincluding nudity

content that depicts illegal, sexually explicit or morally offensive

behaviour

content that has been submitted more than once/ duplicate

content that is inappropriate, doesnt relate to the prize draw theme

16 By submitting a photograph, the entrant warrants that the publication of such

photograph will not infringe the rights (including but not limited to copyright) of

any third party, and further warrants that the entrant owns all rights in such

photograph or has the permission of the owner of the rights to upload the

photograph.

17 Entrants must ensure that they do not submit a photograph without first

obtaining the consent of any individuals who are featured in such photographs.

Entrants agree to indemnify Thomas Cook against all costs, claims, loss, damageor expense that may result from any third party claim arising from any breach of

these warranties by the entrant.

19 Entrants agree that the Promoter is entitled to use any of the submitted photos

in subsequent publications, campaigns and promotions both online and offline

anywhere in the world. By uploading photographs and stories, entrants grant

the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period

of any intellectual property rights in the photograph, (material), to use,

display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the

material for such purposes and assign to the Promoter all your intellectualproperty rights with full title guarantee; and waive all moral rights, in and to

your prize draw entry. All material submitted to the Promoter will become the

property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

Data protection and publicity

20 If you are the winner of the prize draw, you agree that the Promoter may use

your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of

this prize draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes

in the media.

21 Save as set out above, personal data supplied during the course of this

promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for

fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

General

22 This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Twitter /

Facebook or any other social media sites.

23 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these

terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse

entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and

conditions.

24 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in

any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept

any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result

of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the

Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory

rights are not affected.

25 The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw

submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
